Returns & Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation on placing the order
In the event of an error, to cancel your order, please contact us by contact form or telephone, giving details of the orders that you would like to return.
Except in the case of faulty or mis described goods, if you cancel your order after the goods have been delivered, you will be responsible for returning the goods at your own cost. Please take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession, or in transit. In the case of faulty or mis described goods we will normally issue you with a prepaid returns label.
Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit card for the goods. Please note that once we have processed your credit it can take up to 10-15 working days for this to appear on your statement.
Refunds & Cancellation
Because you have cancelled the order within the 1 day from placing the order, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day on which you gave us notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. In the event of product already delivered, however you would be, responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Upon receipt, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund/our feedback via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of a defective/ damaged product in full, any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
